The Super-Torque (Kavo's flagship highspeed) develops a combined speed & torque that literally dissolves materials in it''s path, and has certainly withstood the test of time. If the big head cramps your style, the Bella-Torque has a standard size head, and develops more torque than most handpieces its size. While most any handpiece donning the Kavo name would be a safe bet, these have been around a while, and are still available at great prices.
