W&H handpiece highspeed turbines can easily last 18 months with proper lubrication. W&H handpieces are also easily rebuilt, with very good success, saving big over new turbines.

If you happen to find a Synea or Trend W&H Handpiece here, odds are it won't be listed long. If you buy, be sure to also purchase the W&H handpiece coupler to fit, then prepare to purchase more because your old handpieces just won't feel the same again.
